Returns and Complaints Policy
Return of Goods
You may return the goods within 30 days of delivery.
Send us the return notification by e-mail to artra@artra.sk or use the function: Online withdrawal from the contract.
The goods must be unworn, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The goods must be sent to the following address:
ARTRA s.r.o., Víťazná 394/44, 958 04 Partizánske, Slovakia
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the purchase price will be refunded no later than within 14 days. However, we may withhold the payment until the returned goods are received.
Complaints
Send us the claim notification by e-mail to artra@artra.sk or use the function: Online withdrawal from the contract.
Send the goods to the stated address together with a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
The complaint will be resolved within the statutory period, no later than 14 days from delivery.
In the event of a justified complaint, reasonable costs of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer.
