Where do research, development, and production take place?

The development of ARTRA® footwear is carried out by the specialized ARTRA LAB 100™ team – an environment where technology, biomechanics, and European craftsmanship meet. Our production facility ARTRA FACTORY 100™, warehouse, and administration are located in Partizánske, Slovakia. The entire process is under our control in one place.

What is the origin of the materials?

We use only materials sourced from suppliers within the European Union. For key components, we actively participate in their development to meet our requirements for lightness, breathability, and long-term comfort. Every material undergoes thorough testing in ARTRA LAB 100™.

What is the ARELAX® shoe construction?

ARELAX® shoe construction provides space for all toes and freedom of movement throughout the day. Less pressure. Less fatigue. YUM™ technologies ensure breathability, a lightweight feel, and active energy recuperation with every step. The result is improved physical and mental well-being.

Is ARTRA® suitable for all-day wear?

Yes. ARTRA® is designed for people who spend most of the day on their feet and need a feeling of lightness even after long hours. The ARELAX® shoe construction and YUM™ technologies help maintain natural comfort throughout the entire day.

Why is ARTRA® more expensive?

Every pair of ARTRA® footwear is created in a unified process that we fully control – from the first sketch to the final packaging. We develop and manufacture in Slovakia and use exclusively European Union materials selected according to strict requirements for lightness, breathability, and long-term comfort. This approach requires higher investment, but it is the only way to maintain the long-term quality and comfort that define the ARTRA® brand.
